Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end merchandising process for garment orders.
- Coordinate with domestic and international buyers regarding product development, pricing, samples, and order confirmations.
- Prepare cost sheets and negotiate pricing with suppliers and buyers.
- Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, and sample development.
- Coordinate with sourcing, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Monitor the production timeline and resolve any delays or issues proactively.
- Ensure products meet buyer specifications, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Track order status and provide regular updates to buyers and internal stakeholders.
- Review purchase orders, tech packs, and production requirements for accuracy.
- Coordinate inspections and shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain merchandising records, order documentation, and reports.
- Analyze market trends, fabrics, colors, and fashion developments to support product planning.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology,



Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in garment merchandising (experience requirement can be adjusted based on the role level).
- Robust knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, fabrics, trims, and production planning.
- Experience working with domestic and/or international buyers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
