Position: Tracking Executive (Logistics/Transportation)

Working Days: 6 days

Work Timings: 10-6pm

Job Responsibilities:

- Track vehicles in real time and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure vehicles reach customer locations within the scheduled appointment time.
- Follow up with drivers and transporters for timely delivery updates.
- Collect and maintain Proof of Delivery (POD) for completed trips.
- Escalate delays of more than 5 hours to the operations team.
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Prepare and share daily tracking, POD pending, and weekly MIS reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- 98%+ On-time appointment compliance.
- 97%+ Vehicle tracking visibility.




- 100% POD collection by the 15th of the following month.
- 100% Escalation of delays exceeding 5 hours.
- Track 3540 active vehicles daily.
- Respond to operational issues within 15 minutes.
- 100% reporting compliance.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or vehicle tracking.
- Basic knowledge of GPS tracking and MS Excel.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple vehicles simultaneously.
