- Product Strategy & Vision: Define the long-term vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans for a product line.
- Market & User Research: Analyze customer needs, pain points, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Roadmapping & Prioritization: Translate business goals into prioritized requirements and build actionable product roadmaps for engineering teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central hub connecting Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure successful product delivery.
- Metrics & Analytics: Define, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as user adoption, retention, and revenue to drive data-informed decisions.
