Job Summary

The Vigilance Officer is responsible for maintaining discipline, ensuring student safety, and fostering a positive school environment in the Senior School. The ideal candidate should have prior teaching experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to guide students with empathy while maintaining discipline. The role requires a balanced approach—firm, fair, and understanding rather than overly strict.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, orderly setting across the Senior School campus.
- Monitor student behavior during school hours, including assemblies, breaks, dispersal, and school events.
- Counsel students on appropriate behavior and resolve disciplinary concerns constructively.
- Work closely with teachers, coordinators,



and parents to address behavioral issues.
- Promote positive values, responsibility, and respect among students.
- Monitor corridors, common areas, and school premises to ensure student safety.
- Maintain records of disciplinary incidents and submit reports as required.
- Assist in implementing school policies related to discipline, safety, and student well-being.
- Support emergency procedures and ensure compliance with school safety protocols.
- Build positive relationships with students, encouraging trust and open communication.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
