We're Hiring | Assistant Manager – Business Development (Civil, Structural & Architectural Services) | Bangalore

Location: Banaswadi, Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Fixed (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM)

What You'll Be Doing:

- Drive international business development across North America, EMEA, and Australia
- Identify current business opportunities through market research and strategic prospecting
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure
- Prepare proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial documentation
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored client solutions
- Manage key accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and drive repeat business

We're Looking For:

- BE in Civil Engineering or B.Arch. (MBA is a plus)
- 4–6 years of Business Development or Sales experience in Engineering/Professional Services
- Experience in international sales and account management




- Solid understanding of Civil, Structural & Architectural design services
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
