Job Title: International Sales Executive – Commission Basis (Agro Export Commodities)

About Us: Civize is a Vadodara-based agri-commodity export company shipping Makhana, spices, dry fruits, dehydrated products, and Isabgol via Mundra Port to buyers across the UK, USA, UAE, Kenya, Tanzania, Indonesia, Australia, Current Zealand, and West Africa.

Role Summary: We're looking for a self-driven commission agent to identify, approach, and close international/domestic buyers for our export product range. You will work on a pure success-fee basis — earning a percentage of the realized (collected) payment on every deal you bring in.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential import buyers, distributors, or trading houses in your target market/region
- Present Civize's product catalog, pricing, and export capabilities to prospective buyers
- Negotiate preliminary commercial terms (quantity, price, Incoterms) within company-approved bands
- Facilitate sample dispatch and buyer due-diligence coordination




- Support until PO confirmation and payment realization (LC/advance/DP as applicable)
- Provide market intelligence — competitor pricing, buyer demand trends, regulatory shifts in your territory

Compensation Structure:

- No fixed salary/retainer. Commission-only, paid as a percentage of the realized payment (i.e., after funds are received by Civize, not just on order booking)

Requirements:

- Prior experience in export sales/trading, preferably agri-commodities or FMCG
- Existing buyer network in target geography (UK/USA/UAE/Africa/SE Asia/ANZ) strongly preferred
- Understanding of export documentation, Incoterms, and payment mechanisms (LC/DP/advance)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated — this is an independent, unsupervised role
