Job Title: Accountant

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Depending on Experience & Interview)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company's financial records, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally, financial reporting, and balance sheet preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
- Calculate and deduct TDS and file TDS returns within the prescribed timelines.
- Prepare Financial Statements, including Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and ledger records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants,



and government authorities during audits and assessments.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and accounting records.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Expertise in preparing Financial Statements and Balance Sheets.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- M.Com or professional accounting certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience handling taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
