We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Engineer to join our team. As a CAD Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design and development of our products, particularly in the automotive industry. Your primary responsibilities will include CAD generation using Autodesk Inventor, creating master models, and interpreting manufacturing drawings to ensure exact and high-quality design work.
Complying with Mechanical Métiers processes and Design Rules:
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Autodesk Inventor to create detailed CAD models and designs.
- Develop and maintain master models to streamline the design process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of CAD designs.
- Read and interpret manufacturing drawings to meet industry standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and product quality.
- Stay updated with the latest CAD software developments and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred)
- 4-5 years of relevant CAD engineering experience
- Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor
- Strong understanding of master model creation in CAD
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
