Desktop Support Engineer – L2Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer (L2) to provide technical support for end-user devices, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests while meeting SLA targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and application issues.
- Manage incidents and service requests using ITSM ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy).
- Support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, password resets, user accounts, and group management.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN, printers, and basic network connectivity.




- Perform software deployment and endpoint management using Intune or SCCM/MECM.
- Document issues, resolutions, and follow ITIL processes.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of Desktop Support/EUC experience.
- Robust knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM ticketing tools.
- Knowledge of Intune, SCCM/MECM, VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and remote support tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Basic PowerShell knowledge is a plus.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
