About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Business Analyst with robust documentation, analytical thinking, and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating clear and structured documentation while having a basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, Meeting Minutes (MoM), and Requirement Documents.
- Create and maintain User Stories, Tasks, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Assist in preparing process flows, workflow diagrams, and basic AS-IS / TO-BE documentation.
- Participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
- Support requirement clarification during development and testing.
- Assist in preparing test scenarios and validating implemented functionality.
- Maintain project artifacts, requirement traceability, and change documentation.
- Use Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools to manage requirements and work items.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Continuously learn business processes, domain knowledge, and Business Analysis practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 0–2 year of experience. Freshers with relevant internships or project experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent documentation and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good verbal communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
- Basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts.




- Basic knowledge of Agile (Scrum) methodology.
- Understanding of User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
- Familiarity with BRD, FRD, and Functional Documentation.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or any project management tool is a plus.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA (Business Analytics/IT) is an added advantage.
