Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury residence. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of the household, manage domestic staff, coordinate vendors, and maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the residence.
- Manage and supervise household staff, including butlers, housekeepers, chefs, drivers, and other domestic employees.
- Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance.
- Ensure exceptional standards of housekeeping, hygiene, and presentation throughout the property.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and other household requirements.
- Manage household inventory, supplies, and procurement.
- Plan and coordinate family events, guest visits, and special occasions.
- Monitor household budgets and approve routine expenses.
- Ensure all household equipment and systems are functioning properly.




- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
- Address and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures within the residence.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience as a House Manager, Residence Manager, Butler Manager, or in luxury hospitality.
- Experience managing high-end residences, villas, or VIP households is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.
- Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours when required.

Pay: ₹34,792.43 - ₹46,859.77 per month
