Job Responsibilities
- Contact customers by phone after product installation or service.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain records.
- Follow up on customer queries and coordinate with the relevant team.
- Update customer feedback in Excel or company records.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
Requirements
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, telecalling, or customer support are preferred.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
