Job Requirements:

- Graduate candidate with minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales.
- Experience in handling large-scale distribution networks.
- Candidates with experience in the stationery industry will have an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable negotiation and sales closing abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage distributor and retailer networks.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
