Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Key Account Managers (KAM) to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth. MBA Freshers are encouraged to apply, along with experienced professionals.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Generate business opportunities through existing client relationships.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare reports and maintain customer records.
- Achieve assigned business and customer service targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Graduate (10+2+3) with a minimum of 1 year of experience, OR
- MBA Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.




- Versant Level 4 is mandatory.
- Positive interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

Work Schedule

- 6 Days Working
- Rotational Shift: Between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM (9 working hours)
- Weekly Off: Rotational
- Work Mode: Work From Office

SalaryMBA Freshers

- CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month
- Take Home: ₹20,000 per month

Experienced Candidates

- CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month
- Take Home: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Apprentice

- Freshers Stipend: ₹22,500 per month
