Wedding Boxes & PM Store Purchase Executive

Store Locations: Delhi | Karnal | Ludhiana | Chandigarh

Key Responsibilities

- Procure wedding boxes, packaging materials, gift hampers, dry fruits, decorative items, and PM store consumables as per company requirements.
- Identify and develop reliable vendors while maintaining long-term business relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and quality standards to achieve cost-effective procurement.
- Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement of all required materials.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and outlet teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders for quantity, quality, and specifications.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase reports, quotations, invoices, and procurement documentation.
- Conduct regular market surveys to identify new products, suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities.




- Resolve supplier issues related to quality, shortages, delays, and replacements.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to all company locations.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate purchase MIS, stock records, and procurement reports.
- Follow company procurement policies, quality standards, and compliance procedures.
- Support management with seasonal procurement planning for festivals and wedding orders.

- Locations: Mega Food Park, Ladhowal, Ludhiana-141001
- Working Hours: 11-Hour Shift
- Weekly Off: 02 Monthly Offs

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
