Experience: 3 to 5 years (In Manufacturing Field )

Qualification : B.Com , M,Com,

Job Description :

1. Data Entry & Transaction Processing

- Ensure high accuracy in data entry for all daily financial transactions.
- Process transactions within defined timelines without backlogs.
- Support daily MIS preparation and reporting activities.
- Maintain system data accuracy and reduce entry errors through periodic self-checks.

2. Customer & Vendor Transaction Management

- Post customer and vendor transactions accurately in the accounting system on a daily basis.
- Maintain and update customer ledgers with all relevant transactions.
- Assist in customer account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in coordination with the accounts team.
- Ensure GST and statutory tax accuracy in all customer invoices and transactions.
- Support preparation of Debit Notes and Credit Notes as required.

3.



Documentation & Record Maintenance

- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records and vouchers.
- Identify and report data discrepancies; contribute to process improvement in data entry workflows.
- Upkeep of system records to ensure audit readiness at all times.

4. Cost Monitoring & Expense Analysis

- Assist in monitoring departmental and operational expenses.
- Support analysis of cost variances and flag deviations to the reporting manager.
- Contribute to cost reduction initiatives by providing accurate financial data.
