Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Google & Meta Ads Expert to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for high-performing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
- Run A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies effectively
- Generate regular performance reports and insights




- Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in digital advertising
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Solid understanding of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising
- Knowledge of keyword research tools and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Google Ads Certification
- Experience in lead generation and e-commerce campaigns
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and remarketing strategies
