About Us

World Through Lens is a creative media company specializing in destination weddings, pre-wedding shoots, travel content, real estate photography, and cinematic filmmaking. We are building a strong digital-first brand and are looking for a creative Social Media Manager who can help us grow our online presence across multiple platforms.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and grow 4–5 social media accounts.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate with editors, photographers, and filmmakers for content publishing.
- Write engaging captions and optimize posts for reach and engagement.
- Research social media trends, viral formats, and content ideas.
- Find and manage collaborations with couples, creators, influencers, hotels, cafés, and travel brands.
- Build partnerships that increase brand awareness.
- Monitor Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Track analytics and prepare simple weekly performance reports.
- Suggest new ideas to improve brand visibility and audience growth.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.




- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
- Knowledge of Canva and basic photo/video editing is a plus.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
