We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and proactive Interior Site Supervisor who can independently manage multiple residential interior projects and ensure timely execution with the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior site execution.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality, timelines, and site safety.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare daily progress reports.
- Resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers,
and clients for smooth project execution.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule without compromising quality.
- Handle material coordination and site requirements.
Requirements
- 0–4 years of experience in residential or commercial interior site supervision.
- Valuable understanding of interior materials and execution processes.
- Strong vendor management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple sites simultaneously.
- Candidate must be willing to travel across Mumbai.
- A personal two-wheeler for daily site visits.
- Valid driving license preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
