Billing & Documentation

Managing day-to-day business operations.

Supervising and coordinating employees and teams.

Assigning tasks and monitoring work progress.

Ensuring work is completed on time and according to company standards.

Handling customer and client issues.

Coordinating with different departments.





Managing vendors and suppliers.

Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Monitoring budgets, costs, and resources.

Identifying problems and finding effective solutions.

Improving work processes and operational efficiency.

Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.

Tracking team performance and achieving business targets.
