You will streamline production schedules, optimize resource allocation, and ensure high-quality machinery output. The ideal candidate will balance strategic capacity planning with daily floor shop management to meet customer demands efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Scheduling & Planning

- Create detailed master production schedules.
- Forecast material and capacity requirements.
- Align production plans with sales orders.
- Minimize machine downtime through smart scheduling.

Operations & Floor Management

- Oversee daily machinery manufacturing processes.
- Allocate labor and shop floor resources.
- Monitor production outputs against set targets.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing bottlenecks in real-time.

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

- Collaborate with procurement for raw materials.




- Maintain optimal Work-in-Progress (WIP) inventory.
- Control material waste and manufacturing costs.
- Track usage of heavy components and spares.

Quality & Safety Compliance

- Enforce strict engineering and quality standards.
- Maintain protected working conditions on floor.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing regulatory laws.
- Implement corrective actions for quality defects.

Process Improvement

- Drive lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
- Optimize cycle times for machine assembly.
- Analyze production data to improve efficiency.
- Upgrade shop floor workflows continuously.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
