Position : F&B; Executive Location : Vellore Role & Responsibilities Oversee daily F&B; operations at unit level—to ensure service excellence, hygiene compliance, and guest satisfaction.
Lead and guide the team scheduling, training, and performance coaching to maintain high service standards and motivate front-line staff.
Manage inventory control, vendor coordination, cost tracking, and wastage reduction.
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen team.
Handle guest feedback, resolve service issues promptly, and implement service recovery protocols to drive repeat visits and positive reviews.
