Job Summary The F&B; Catering Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue by promoting catering, banquet, wedding, corporate event, and outdoor catering services. The role focuses on developing recent business, maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with operations to ensure successful event execution while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new catering and banquet business through corporate clients, event planners, and social events.

- Meet monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.

- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and event packages.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site inspections.

- Build long-term relationships with corporate accounts and key clients.

- Coordinate with the kitchen, banquet, and operations teams for smooth event execution.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

- Upsell food, beverages, and event packages to maximize revenue.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, contracts, and client feedback in CRM systems.





- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business, or Marketing.

- 3–8 years of experience in catering, banquet, or hotel sales.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Knowledge of banquet operations, food & beverage service, and event planning.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
