Industry: Apparel / Fashion Manufacturing About LA People LA People is building the manufacturing partner that fashion founders actually need — an end to end studio that takes an idea from a single reference sketch all the way to a finished, dispatched garment, without the minimum order requirements that shut most first-time founders out. We own our production, our sampling studio, and our QC process ourselves, no outsourced network, no middlemen between the client and the people actually making their garment. We're looking for someone sharp, organized, and genuinely valuable with people to be the first real conversation every founder has with us.

Role Overview As a Fashion Consultant Intern, you'll manage the full journey of turning an inbound inquiry into a confirmed, paying client. This role requires someone who can represent LA People with real confidence, communicate our process clearly, and coordinate closely with our design and production teams to make sure every client's onboarding is smooth from the very first message. You'll play a central role in building LA People's client base as we grow.

Key Responsibilities • Respond to inbound leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, and Google ads

- Follow up rigorously to make sure no lead goes cold
- Maintain a clean, accurate lead and order pipeline
- Ensure a smooth handover from sales to our design team once an order is confirmed




- Track advance payments and pending balances across every order
- Contribute to building a genuinely scalable sales process for LA People Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone who is:

Detail-oriented, with a basic understanding of the manufacturing process

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, hands-on environment

Able to balance speed with hitting real targets

Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking leads and orders

Confident with client-handling and negotiation instinct
