About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trial Executive to support our vegetable breeding and product development activities. The role involves executing field trials, collecting and analyzing crop performance data, coordinating with farmers, and ensuring timely reporting. This is an excellent prospect for agriculture graduates who are passionate about field research, vegetable crop production, and varietal evaluation.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

1. Vegetable Variety Trial Execution

- Execute vegetable variety trials as per trial protocols and schedules.
- Monitor trial progress and ensure timely completion of field activities.
- Coordinate with farmers and provide basic agronomic guidance during trial execution.
- Conduct regular field visits and maintain detailed trial records, photographs, and observations.

2. Variety Evaluation & Data Management

- Collect, record, and evaluate field data as per standard trial procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and submit evaluation reports within defined timelines.
- Assist the Farm Director in variety screening, performance assessment, and data analysis.

3. Farm Operations Support

- Coordinate daily farm operations with field workers and monitor assigned activities.
- Support farm administration,



including operational records, expense documentation, and resource management.
- Ensure compliance with company protocols and maintain high-quality field standards.

4. Travel & Field Activities

- Work primarily from the company trial farm.
- Travel to external trial locations, farmers' fields, and market visits as required.
- Perform additional assignments related to trial management as directed by the Farm Director.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in:

· Agriculture · Horticulture

· Crop Science

· Botany

· Plant Pathology

· or a related agricultural discipline

Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in agricultural field trials, vegetable crops, farm management, or related activities.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of vegetable cultivation and crop management.
- Ability to conduct field observations and collect trial data accurately.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good report writing and documentation skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Fluency in Kannada for effective interaction with farmers.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in field conditions.
