### Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and fashion-forward Fashion Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for fashion, a strong understanding of current trends, and exceptional customer service skills. As a Fashion Consultant at DateTheRamp, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their shopping experience, providing expert style advice, and helping them select the perfect outfit for their events.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their fashion needs and preferences, offering personalized styling advice.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, designers, and collections to provide informed recommendations.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the curation and management of our designer collection, ensuring the availability of a diverse and trendy assortment.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience from start to finish.
- Fitting & Styling Assistance: Guide clients through the fitting process, offering expert advice on fit, alterations, and accessorizing to complete their look.
- Sales Support: Drive sales by promoting the value of renting high-end fashion pieces,



and assisting with purchase transactions when necessary.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador for DateTheRamp, maintaining a polished and qualified appearance at all times.
- Event Participation: Participate in company events, fashion shows, and client engagements to promote our brand and services.

### Qualifications:

- Proven experience in fashion retail, styling, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, designers, and luxury brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide personalized fashion advice and build lasting client relationships.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons as required.
- A passion for sustainable fashion is a plus.
