We are looking for passionate and experienced Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) Faculty for IIT-JEE preparation who can inspire students through concept-based teaching and technology-enabled learning.
Teach students using Smart Boards, LMS, digital content, and AI-enabled learning tools.
Simplify complex concepts through practical examples and problem-solving techniques.
Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and mock tests.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluate student performance.
Provide academic mentoring and resolve students' doubts effectively.
Monitor students' progress and guide them for continuous improvement.
Support hybrid learning (offline + online classes).
Maintain classroom discipline and encourage an interactive learning environment.
Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum planning and content development.
Required Skills Excellent command over the respective subject (Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics)
Strong conceptual and analytical teaching ability
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Smart Boards, MS Office, Google Workspace,
and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Familiarity with AI-enabled teaching tools and digital learning platforms
Solid problem-solving and mentoring skills
Student-centric and interactive teaching approach
Ability to motivate and inspire competitive exam aspirants Educational Qualifications For Physics Faculty B.Sc./M.Sc. (Physics) or B.Tech./M.Tech. in relevant discipline
Candidates with IIT/NIT or reputed institute background will be preferred.
For Chemistry
Faculty B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry) or equivalent qualification
Candidates with coaching experience for IIT-JEE will be preferred.
For Mathematics
Faculty B.Sc./M.Sc. (Mathematics) or B.Tech./M.Tech. with strong mathematics background
Candidates with IIT-JEE coaching experience will be preferred.
Experience 2–8 years of teaching experience in IIT-JEE coaching or reputed educational institutions.
Exceptional freshers with excellent subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also apply.
