Responsibilities

- Responsible for Training students on subjects included in Designing, Softwares and/or theory classes

- Responsible for clarifying doubts, providing subject and industry knowledge as and when approached by students during or after classes

- Responsible for initiating, organizing and participating in seminars, workshops and competition for students

- Responsible motivating and supporting students on creating short films for Anigra

- Responsible for organizing students to attend events relate to Animation and Multimedia

- Motivating students to participate in both internal and external competitions and supporting them on the same

- Responsible for students satisfaction and to derive students reference out of them

- Responsible for supporting in marketing related activities like Seminars, workshop, stall, etc.

- Responsible to conduct classes at colleges/schools whenever there is a need.

Preferred candidate profile :Educational Background

- Degree/Diploma in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts,



or related field.

- Certifications in industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Maya, After Effects, etc.).

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in 2D and 3D animation software/UI&UX;

- Strong knowledge of design principles: typography, colour theory, composition.

- Experience with motion graphics, storyboarding, and character design.

- Ability to integrate multimedia elements (sound, video, interactive graphics).

Added Value

- Industry exposure internships, freelance projects, or studio experience.

- Knowledge of emerging trends (AR/VR, AI in design, gamification).

- Ability to guide students on career paths, portfolios, and industry readiness.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
