We are looking for a detail-oriented Factory MIS Executive to manage and analyse production, inventory, dispatch, and operational data. The candidate should be proficient in Excel and MIS reporting, ensuring timely and accurate reports to support management decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to production, inventory, dispatch, and sales.
- Collect and verify data from different factory departments.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and performance summaries using MS Excel.
- Analyse operational data and highlight trends, gaps, and exceptions.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, QA, and Accounts teams for data collection.
- Update ERP/MIS software with accurate information.
- Track production targets, stock movement, and material consumption.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.
- Ensure timely submission of reports as per management requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, IF formulas).
- Experience with ERP software is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1-2years of experience in Factory MIS or Manufacturing MIS.
- Experience in manufacturing/FMCG/industrial environments will be preferred.
