About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience managing preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating vendors, ensuring statutory compliance, and driving operational excellence through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day facility operations across multiple sites.
- Plan and monitor preventive and reactive maintenance using CMMS.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and recommend improvements.
- Prepare maintenance schedules to ensure minimal operational disruption.
- Manage maintenance budgets, cost estimates, and vendor performance.
- Monitor Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and environmental standards.
- Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions.
- Track maintenance performance, prepare reports,



and analyze CMMS data for process improvements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth facility operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management.
- 5–8 years of experience in facility management, preferably managing multiple locations.
- Hands-on experience with CMMS.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, asset management, vendor management, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel between sites when required.
