Requirements

2+ years of experience in facilities/maintenance management, preferably in hospitality, resorts, or farmhouses

Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

Proven ability to manage a team and coordinate with multiple vendors

Valuable communication and problem-solving skills

Willingness to be on-call for emergencies

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, maintenance tracking tools

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily maintenance of buildings, grounds, farm areas, guest rooms, and common facilities

Manage electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water supply, and generator systems

Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime

Supervise housekeeping support staff, gardeners, electricians, plumbers, and other maintenance personnel





Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, servicing, and renovations
