Role & responsibilities

- Manage the operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of all electrical systems, including HT/LT installations, DG sets, transformers, switchgear, panels, and power distribution systems.

- Oversee the operation and maintenance of Swimming Pool systems, ensuring water quality, chemical dosing, filtration systems, and compliance with applicable health and safety standards.

- Supervise the operation and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Water Treatment Plants (WTP), ensuring optimal performance, regulatory compliance, and effective water management.

- Coordinate and monitor Structural Audits, identify potential structural issues, and ensure timely implementation of recommended corrective and preventive measures.

- Ensure efficient operation,



maintenance, and performance optimization of Pumps, Motors, and associated mechanical equipment.

- Oversee the maintenance, inspection, testing, and statutory compliance of Elevators/Lifts, coordinating with OEMs and service providers to ensure safe and uninterrupted operation.

- Manage technical vendors, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), service providers, and contractors while monitoring service quality and performance.

- Conduct regular inspections, technical audits, and risk assessments to identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
