Job Summary

Yantra Design Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Machine Assembly Supervisor to oversee the assembly of CNC machines and customized industrial equipment. The candidate will be responsible for managing assembly activities, allocating manpower, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with design and stores departments, and achieving production targets within committed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise assembly of CNC drilling machines, CNC milling machines, laser cutting machines, and customized industrial equipment.
- Allocate manpower and assign daily assembly tasks.
- Monitor assembly progress and ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Coordinate with Design, Stores, Purchase, and Production teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure proper assembly of fabricated structures, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, servo motors, and machine components.
- Conduct quality checks during assembly and identify issues before machine dispatch.
- Minimize assembly rework and improve first-time-right assembly.
- Monitor material availability and escalate shortages that may affect production schedules.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.
- Prepare daily production and assembly progress reports.
- Support machine testing and readiness for dispatch.

Requirements

- Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- 23 years of experience in machine assembly, production supervision, or industrial equipment manufacturing.
- Experience in CNC machines, special purpose machines (SPMs), fabrication equipment,



or heavy engineering industries preferred.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and assembly drawings.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Basic understanding of servo motors and machine alignment.
- Solid team handling and coordination skills.

Fabrication Supervisor

Job Summary

Yantra Design Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Fabrication Supervisor to manage and supervise fabrication activities for CNC machines and heavy industrial equipment. The role involves overseeing cutting, welding, machining coordination, and assembly of fabricated structures, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely completion as per production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise fabrication activities including cutting, welding, grinding, and assembly of machine structures.
- Manage fabrication of CNC machine frames, bases, columns,



and structural assemblies.
- Ensure proper interpretation of fabrication and assembly drawings before execution.
- Allocate daily work to welders, fitters, and fabrication technicians.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and workmanship on the shop floor.
- Ensure proper welding standards, alignment, and dimensional accuracy of fabricated parts.
- Coordinate with Design, Assembly, and Stores departments for material and drawing requirements.
- Identify and resolve fabrication issues to avoid rework and delays.
- Ensure proper material handling, usage, and minimization of wastage.
- Maintain shop floor discipline, safety standards, and housekeeping.
- Track daily fabrication progress and report to Production Manager.
- Support timely completion of machine structures for assembly and dispatch.

Requirements

- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Fabrication / Welding trade (BE Mechanical preferred).
- 25 years of experience in fabrication, welding, or machine structure manufacturing.
- Experience in CNC machine fabrication, SPM, heavy engineering, or structural fabrication preferred.
- Ability to read fabrication and assembly drawings.
- Knowledge of welding processes (MIG, TIG, ARC) and structural alignment.
- Understanding of jigs, fixtures, and fabrication tolerances.
