Job Opening: Export Sales Executive

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in export sales or international business development

Job Responsibilities

* Search and develop international buyers through Google, LinkedIn, online directories and B2B platforms.
- Contact overseas buyers through calls, emails and WhatsApp.
- Generate export enquiries and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices and product offers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms and order conditions.
- Maintain complete lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, order processing and dispatch updates.
- Develop long-term relationships with international customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements





* Minimum 2 years of relevant export sales experience.
- Freshers will not be considered.
- Positive spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Experience in international buyer communication and lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms is preferred.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and CRM software.

Candidates with experience in automobile parts, engineering products, industrial products or merchant exports will be preferred.)

Pay: ₹9,981.62 - ₹33,546.87 per month
