- The Export Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating export operations, ensuring timely shipment of goods, compliance with international trade regulations, and effective communication with customers, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal stakeholders
- The role focuses on smooth execution of export transactions, documentation, logistics coordination, and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
Export Operations
- Handle end-to-end export order processing and shipment execution.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- Monitor export schedules and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
- Track shipments and provide status updates to customers and management.
Documentation &
- Compliance
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including:
- Commercial Invoices
- Packing Lists
- Shipping Bills
- Bills of Lading/Airway Bills
- Certificates of Origin
- Letter of Credit (LC) documents
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations,
DGFT guidelines, and international trade requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions and documentation.
Customer &
- Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with international customers regarding orders, shipment schedules, and documentation.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), shipping lines, and transporters.
- Resolve export-related issues and customer queries promptly.
Logistics &
- Coordination
- Arrange transportation and shipment bookings.
- Monitor freight costs and optimize logistics processes.
- Ensure smooth customs clearance and timely movement of goods.
Reporting &
- Process Improvement
- Prepare export MIS reports and shipment status reports.
- Monitor export performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support management with data analysis and export business insights.
