Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete export order processing from order confirmation to shipment.
- Prepare and verify export documentation such as:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Shipping Bill
- Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
- Certificate of Origin
- Insurance Documents
- Inspection Certificates
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and transporters.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, IEC, GST, and other export regulations.
- Track shipments and provide regular shipment updates to customers.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, QA, and Dispatch departments to ensure timely execution of export orders.
- Maintain export documentation and records for audits and statutory requirements.
- Prepare export-related MIS reports and shipment status reports.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding shipment schedules, documentation, and delivery.
- Monitor export payments and coordinate with Accounts for receipt of payments, LC documentation, and bank formalities.




- Follow up on export incentives, duty drawback, RoDTEP, or other government export schemes where applicable.
- Resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, and customer complaints promptly.
- Maintain robust relationships with overseas customers, freight agents, and logistics partners.

Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Diploma or certification in Export-Import Management is preferred.

Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in export documentation and international logistics.
- Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
