Designation – Expert Insurance Operations Experience – 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. Job location – Pune, Maharashtra 1. Robust experience in end-to-end policy admin and claims processing within the US Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain.

- Hands-on expertise across the complete claim’s lifecycle, including: Policy Admin:
- New Business processing
- Endorsement processing
- Underwriting Support
- Policy Issuance Claims:
- First Notice of Loss (FNOL)
- Claim Validation
- Claim Assessment & Investigation
- Claim Adjudication and Decision Making
- Claim Approval, Settlement, and Closure - Experience in Premium Audit processes will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of underwriting, policy administration, or other Property & Casualty insurance operations is desirable.
- Candidates with relevant insurance domain certifications will be preferred.
- Must be Willing to work in US shifts, including night shifts.
