✅ Minimum 3+ years of experience in HVAC BIM modeling.

✅ Robust proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.

✅ Ability to prepare detailed HVAC models.

✅ Experience in clash detection and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.

✅ Good understanding of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment layouts.

✅ Familiarity with project standards, LOD requirements, and BIM workflows.

✅ Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain accurate HVAC BIM models.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Update models based on design revisions and site requirements.
