We are looking for an experienced, English-speaking preschool teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and making a lasting impact on young minds. The ideal candidate will bring robust Montessori knowledge, proven child-handling skills, and at least three years of hands-on classroom experience. You will guide children through joyful learning journeys while partnering closely with parents and the school team.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with Montessori principles and the Little Millennium curriculum

- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom that supports cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development

- Handle daily child care needs with patience, warmth, and professionalism (hygiene, meals, rest, transitions, and emotional support)

- Observe and document each childs progress; share constructive feedback with parents and coordinators

- Foster English language development through conversation, stories, songs, and interactive activities

- Maintain classroom order, learning materials, and a positive behavior environment

- Collaborate with co-teachers and management on events, assessments, and parent communication





- Uphold school policies on safety, attendance, and child protection at all times

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting (mandatory)

- Strong spoken and written English; ability to conduct classes primarily in English

- Formal training or certified experience in Montessori education

- Demonstrated expertise in child handling, care, and classroom management for ages 2–6

- Patience, empathy, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children

- Good communication skills for parent interactions and team collaboration

- Relevant early childhood education qualification (NTT, Montessori diploma, or equivalent preferred)

- Basic computer literacy for lesson planning and progress reports
