Job Summary

Deccan Nutraceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented EXIM Intern to support the Export-Import team in managing international trade operations and documentation. This internship provides hands-on exposure to export-import procedures, logistics coordination, customs documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing and maintaining export and import documentation.
- Support shipment planning, tracking, and coordination with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, customs agents, and transporters.
- Maintain shipment records and update MIS reports.
- Assist in preparing invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and other EXIM documents.
- Ensure documentation complies with DGFT, Customs, and other regulatory requirements.
- Follow up on shipments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Support the team in resolving shipment-related issues.
- Maintain organized records of import/export transactions.
- Perform other EXIM and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed BBA, B.Com, MBA (International Business), MBA (Supply Chain), BMS, or any relevant graduation/post-graduation.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.




- Immediate joiners preferred.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Export-Import processes and international trade.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and record-keeping abilities.

- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Stipend: ₹8,000 per month
