QUALIA is a holistic health business focusing on adults aged 35+ (men & women). Our offering includes (i) detailed diagnostics (bloodwork, imaging, physical and cognitive assessments), (ii) ongoing support and coaching from doctors & health practitioners, and (iii) highly personalized, data-driven health protocols across exercise, nutrition, sleep and cognitive health. Operational in Bangalore since Aug 2025.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Design personalized exercise programs incorporating deep diagnostics, medical and training history
- Adapt & refine programming based on regular monitoring (health assessments, bloodwork, wearable data)
- Assess progress holistically (exercise, nutrition, sleep, medical diagnostics), together with other domain experts
- Deliver 1:1 exercise coaching at well-equipped apartment complex gyms & clubhouses




- Collaborate with the Qualia Health Squad (internal health experts) for a unified, fully integrated approach

REQUIREMENTS:

- Explicit, effective English communication — written and spoken
- High standards of discipline, punctuality and responsiveness
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Exercise Science / Sports Science / Physiotherapy, or relevant certifications in Strength & Conditioning (NSCA, ASCA, UKSCA)
- Experience with novice & intermediate general population trainees; athlete training experience a bonus
