We're looking for a strategic and result-driven Marketing Manager who has hands-on experience in the Exhibition, B2B Conference, or Event Industry and can lead high-impact marketing campaigns while managing a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for exhibitions, conferences, and B2B events.
- Plan and manage Performance Marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Drive qualified exhibitor, visitor, delegate, and sponsor lead generation.
- Own campaign budgets, media planning, ROI, ROAS, CPL, CAC, and conversion optimization.
- Lead product development and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new events and launches.
- Plan and execute email marketing, automation, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer segmentation, and marketing analytics.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Design, and Operations teams.
- Manage agencies, freelancers, media partners, and marketing vendors.




- Prepare performance reports and marketing dashboards for leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- Experience managing multi-city or international event marketing campaigns will be an added advantage.
