1.Production Planing

*Accurate Batch Planing and Ensuring in Each Process *Oversee the Material clearance process to ensure that production targets are achieved within the scheduled timeframe, with the completion of all necessary processes *Maintain a consistent and high level of productivity.

2.Quality Control and Standards

*Ensure that the cashew kernels are processed to the required quality specifications.*Monitor the product quality throughout the cutting process, identifying and addressing defects.

3.Cost Control and Waste Management

*Minimize wastage in the cutting process, ensuring that raw material is utilized efficiently.*Monitor and control the consumption of raw materials and resources during production.4Inventory and Material Management*Ensure that raw cashews are available for the cutting process at all times.

*Monitor & Maintain the inventory of cutting IP & Peeling SG Warehouse that are moved to the next stage of processing on time.

5.Machine Handelling and Cleaning

*Oversee the proper cleaning of NW / Floor & Shell Sortex, all conveyor belts, NW Storage Bean, and the Blower.

6.Process Improvement and Innovation*





Identify areas for continuous improvement in production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs & process time.*Implement new technologies and methods to streamline production.

7.Team Management and Training

*Responsibility : Supervisor, motivate, and train the cutting team.*Oversee the work of cutting operators, ensure proper training on procedures and safety, and evaluate performance.

*Build a skilled and motivated team, ensuring high performance and low turnover.

8.R eporting and Documentation

*Maintain records of production activities, quality reports, and machine performance, Quantity *Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for Reporting

*Document any machine downtime, maintenance, or technical issues.

9.Safety and Compliance

* Ensure that all Employee comply with safety regulations and guidelines Prevent accidents and injuries, creating a safe work environment for all employees involved in the Cutting process.

*Cleaning and Hygiene

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
