- The candidate shall be assisting the Business Advisory team on the following Financial advisory and Valuation assignments:
- Corporate transactions like Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint ventures etc.
- On various regulatory matters which include FEMA, Transfer pricing etc.
- Provide assistance in fund raising activities
- Assess fair market value of intangibles such brand value, customer contracts, patents, research and development, customer relations, and other such intangibles Desired Candidate Profile Essential - Chartered Accountant / MBA
- Financial analysis skills
- Aware of valuation basics Good to have - 0.5 - 1 year experience in Valuation
