As a Service Engineer, youll be playing a vital role at Aavas to support various business functions.

- Manage end-to-end user access lifecycle (onboarding, role changes, transfers, and offboarding) across applications and systems

- Provision, modify, and revoke user access in line with approved requests and security policies

- Ensure least-privilege access and segregation of duties (SoD) compliance

- Perform regular user access reviews and recertifications

- Maintain and update user roles, profiles, and access matrices

- Coordinate with IT, Security, HR, and application owners for access-related activities

- Investigate and resolve access issues, incidents, and audit findings
