- Regular line visit to cross verify the customer related actions, ensure operators are aware about recent customer complaints,
- Having valuable knowledge about automovite paint shop and assembly.
- Identify potential risks and cross check for production approval activity like,
- First-off, Set up checklist, startup check list, part identification,
- Final inspection, Poka-Yoke and its validation practice etc.. ?

- Regularly conduct control plan audit and escalate in case of any major observations,
- Train operator on spot about requirements. ?

- Train inspectors/operators about component inspection as per control plan.
- ? Cross verify the production records daily. Example: - Line wise production Vs. rejection, supervisor approval status and availability.

- ? Conduct line rejection review meting daily and ensure all the shift (previous day) rejections are accounted and address each issues to the responsible team and follow up for the counter measure timely.

- ? Communicate to CFT and line operators about customer complaints and provide Q-Alert timely and co ?ordinate for immediate containment action to customer within 24 Hrs.
- ? Attend / conduct brainstorming session at line along with CFT to find out root cause for customer complaint.
- ? Attend follow-up meeting with CFT about closer of customer complaint related actions. ? Face customer audit, internal audits, and External system audit ? Submit action plan for the open points.

- ? Conduct line walk audit and share the report with Functional heads.
- ? Conduct R-PFMEA / line challenging audit with CFT and identify the potential risks and suggestions for improvements?
