About the Role

Hiring an experienced Executive – Technical & Marketing to strengthen our Technical Sales team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the Printing Ink Manufacturing, Packaging, or Commercial Printing Industry, with strong technical knowledge of printing inks and excellent customer-facing sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned sales targets within the territory.
- Develop current business opportunities while managing existing customers.
- Conduct customer visits, factory audits, and technical product demonstrations.
- Perform ink shade matching, color testing, and customer product trials.
- Troubleshoot printing and ink-related issues at customer sites.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and dealers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Submit daily activity reports and sales updates.

Mandatory Requirements
- 3–5+ years of Technical Sales experience in Printing Inks, Packaging, or Commercial Printing Industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Printing Technology,



Business Administration, or Marketing. MBA is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in Ink Shade Matching and Technical Testing (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Water-Based, Solvent-Based, UV-Curable, and Digital Inkjet Inks.
- Good understanding of Flexography, Rotogravure, Offset, and Digital Printing Processes.
- Experience handling B2B and B2C customers.
- Strong skills in Lead Generation, Customer Relationship Management, Value-Based Selling, Contract Negotiation, and Target Achievement.
- Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits and product trials.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Immediate to 30 Days Notice Period preferred.
