Looking for Injectable Experience Candidate Preparable

1. Clean Utility Technician / Engineer

- Operates and maintains high-purity Purified Water (PW), Water for Injection (WFI), and Pure Steam (PSG) systems.
- Executes periodic Sanitization and Steam-In-Place (SIP) cycles for sterile storage tanks and distribution loops.
- Performs Clean-In-Place (CIP) operations for process vessels, piping, and manufacturing equipment.
- Monitors daily water generation parameters, loop flow rates, conductivity, TOC levels, and sampling schedules.
- Maintains plant support utilities like compressed air, nitrogen, oxygen, and process gas systems.
- Operates and monitors clean utility processes through SCADA, DCS, and BMS automation interfaces.
- Performs preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting on utility pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and generators.
- Manages in-house calibration and maintenance of instruments like temperature sensors and pressure transmitters.
- Ensures strict adherence to cGMP, GDP, and WHO/USFDA audit readiness for all clean utility logbooks.




- Handles QMS activities by raising deviations, change controls, and executing CAPA in TrackWise.

2. HVAC Technician / Engineer

- Monitors and maintains environmental parameters: Differential Pressure (DP), Temperature, and Relative Humidity (RH) in cleanrooms.
- Manages cleanroom air pressure cascades across Grade A, Grade B, Grade C, and Grade D aseptic zones.
- Performs routine preventive maintenance on Air Handling Units (AHUs), fresh air units, and exhaust fans.
- Operates heavy refrigeration equipment including Chillers, Cooling Towers, Condensers, and Dehumidifiers.
- Replaces and maintains primary, secondary, and fine air filters to ensure continuous airflow.
- Coordinates and assists in HEPA filter integrity testing (PAO/DOP), air velocity, and smoke study validation.
- Responds immediately to critical BMS/EMS alarms related to differential pressure drops or temperature spikes.
- Follows strict cleanroom gowning procedures and tool sanitization protocols before technical area entry.
- Diagnoses and resolves mechanical, electrical, and control faults in HVAC ductwork, dampers, and control valves.
- Maintains accurate daily operational logbooks, parameter tracking sheets, and breakdown maintenance records.
