- Ensure smooth hospital operations during the night shift by coordinating all clinical and support departments.
- Monitor patient care, handle patient/attendant concerns, and ensure timely resolution of operational and emergency issues.
- Conduct regular hospital rounds to ensure compliance with patient safety, infection control, NABH standards, and operational readiness.
- Prepare and submit the Night MOD report, highlighting incidents, manpower issues, critical events, and key operational updates for effective shift handover.
Preferred candidate profile Experience - 2+ years in same profile.
