Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technology Transfer Sr. Executive / Executive to lead the seamless transition of established products (tablets, capsules, and other formulations) into manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong production and technology transfer experience along with a focus on documentation, including regulatory response documents, justification reports, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards and optimizing manufacturing processes.

A Challenging Task

- Manage the technology transfer process, ensuring robust and compliant manufacturing processes, e.g. implementation of new API sources.
- Oversee the preparation and review of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR) for smooth transfer and manufacturing.
- Review process validation protocols and reports.
- Coordinate with R&D;, production, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables and timelines.
- Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes, addressing deviations and improving efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EMA, cGMP) and internal quality guidelines.
- Stay updated on regulatory trends and industry standards to continuously improve documentation practices and technology transfer methodologies.

A Convincing Background
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in technology transfer, and/or in Production, with comprehensive documentation practices.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory compliance standards for finished dosage forms.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
